Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be returned in full if we are notified 30 days or more in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to booking will be charged 25% of the gross rental amount.
In the event that the number of occupants exceed the maximum occupant number listing for a particular home, Wanderlust Properties reserves the right to demand the tenant(s) vacate the premises or to charge a fine, whichever is deemed appropriate at Wanderlust's descretion.
